Parking Instructions: Street parking at meters ($1/hr) on 2nd St. and the surrounding avenues can be paid for by coin, credit card, or the MPLS parking app. There are also two municipal parking ramps on 2nd Street, directly across from the Mill City Museum and the Guthrie Theater.
