Rachel Kolstad is the Founder and Owner of Elevate North Coaching & Consulting. Rachel has spent the last 25 years working with large, mid, and small-sized CPG companies. Her career is rooted in sales but her experiences throughout the years have given her the skills to easily work with cross-functional teams. In the past 5 years, she has become a certified coach in health, life, and Gallup CliftonStrengths. Her unique blend of career experiences and interests has led to her understanding of the best ways to navigate change. Rachel has merged her passion for consulting and coaching together to help individuals and teams manage change in a unique way. Within her work, she uses her years of business expertise + Gallup CliftonStrengths + coaching techniques to get successful results.
