The Red Stag Supperclub is a vibrant outpost featuring local, organic meals & classic cocktails in an open, brick-&-wood interior. Opened in 2007 by two-time James Beard award semifinalist and operator of eight successful Minneapolis restaurants, Kim Bartmann, The Red Stag Supperclub is Minnesota’s first LEED-CI certified restaurant - the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.
