Hosted by co-owner Kim Hayes, this event is a chance to step outside the city and experience a unique farm-based hospitality concept rooted in community, local sourcing, and shared experiences.
Since opening to the public in 2020, Alpha & Omega has become a beloved gathering space where people come together for pizza nights, events, and time on the land. For this WWRC visit, Kim will welcome us to the farm for a behind-the-scenes look at her journey and a taste of what makes this place so special.
We will also be joined by several of Kim’s incredible vendor partners, highlighting the local ecosystem that helps bring the farm to life.
Meet Our Host
Kim Hayes | Co-Owner, Alpha & Omega Pizza Farm
Kim Hayes is the co-owner of Alpha & Omega Pizza Farm in Central Minnesota, a community gathering space built around wood-fired food, connection, and the land.
Kim and her husband Brad purchased the farm in 2014 and opened it to the public in 2020. What started as a vision has grown into a place where people come together for pizza nights, events, and shared experiences.
With more than 35 years in hospitality and restaurant operations, Kim brings a deep background in building businesses and developing people. That experience shows up in every part of the farm, from sourcing local ingredients to creating opportunities for young employees to learn valuable life skills.
At its core, Alpha & Omega is about bringing people together and creating meaningful connections.
What to Expect at This Month’s Meeting:
✨ A visit to a one-of-a-kind pizza farm just outside the Twin Cities
✨ A conversation with Kim Hayes about building a farm-based hospitality business
✨ A sampling of wood-fired pizzas, with full pizzas available for purchase
✨ Time to relax, connect, and enjoy the farm (feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chair!)
✨ Meet and support local vendor partners, including:

Transportation:
We will meet at the Maple Grove Transit Station at 1:45 PM to coordinate carpools.
Carpools will leave promptly at 2:00 PM for a 3:00 PM arrival at the farm.
Carpools will head back to the Twin Cities at 6:00 PM.
