Most well-known for her role in the launch of Owamni by The Sioux Chef, she has consulted with numerous restaurants, breweries and hospitality groups across the Twin Cities including Urban Growler, Bryant Lake Restaurants, Parasole Restaurants and Blue Plate Restaurant Group. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she plays a pivotal role in hiring and onboarding staff, kitchen logistics, systems set up and management, and menu development and execution for new restaurants.

She now brings her expertise to The Sanneh Foundation’s Nutritional Services Department where she supports systems, operations, logistics and compliance change management. She always has an eye out for the next big project to share her skills and be a champion of local food endeavors!

Martina Priadka, owner of “All Love This Burger” aka ALTburger, has worked in hospitality for the last 35 years.  A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a triple major in English, Journalism, and Cultural Studies, she started her hospitality career at Goodfellow's restaurant in the Conservatory.  It was there that she pursued her Master Sommelier certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers.  She worked with local hospitality professionals including Sue Zelickson throughout her ten years there.  A job offer in Tulum, Mexico led her to begin her world experience as a sommelier, manager and director.  She designed the bar and bar program for Posada Margherita, a bed and breakfast resort in Tulum.  From there, she went to Hong Kong where she worked with a company launching several restaurant concepts in Hong Kong, Thailand, Beijing and Shanghai.

Family drew her back to Minneapolis where she ran Dakota Jazz Club for over 10 years.  ALTburger, co-founded with her partner in life and business, Derik Moran, is her first endeavor in entrepreneurship. She is excited to be able to put all her talents to use and share her passion for great food and great hospitality with the Twin Cities!
